Catch, Clean and Cook, Blue Crabs

Catching Blue Crabs, in this video well be setting our Blue Crab traps [pots] in an area of East Central Florida we haven't crabbed in for over 10 years. When we did crab there we didn't use crab traps, we just crabbed out of the boat and scoped them up using the trolling motor to move around the area. After setting the traps we let them soak for 2 days before pulling them. After pulling the blue crab traps we weren't disappointed and ended up with a nice mess of big jimmies packed with meat. When we returned home we cleaned and boiled the crabs, picked them and made blue crab burgers for our 4th of July dinner.
