In this video I share part of my process in starting a 14” x 16” oil painting on a handmade oil primed linen panel. I built a wooden cube a few weeks ago with hand cut mirrors attached to three sides. The box will be the main motif for the paintings I’ll be sharing in my solo show at Kim Storage Gallery this January in Milwaukee, WI.
