Desert MC Winter Classic Hare and Hound - Lap 1

Lap 1 Highlights of my race through Johnson Valley on my KTM 500 EXC-F.

My GoPro died towards the end of lap 1 and didn't catch my crash where everyone I worked so hard to re-pass then re-passed me. I would normally pull over right after a battery died and replace it, but I was finally in 'the zone' and decided to just ride through it- worth it but also a bummer!

This was a great break-through for me, mentally and physically. I started out with a shitload of Arm Pump that just would NOT go away. Finally it did and I was kicking ass through some higherspeed sections and reclaimed some victories. It's amazing how little mistakes can really throw a lot of hard work down the toilet!
