2. Diverse roles and personalities of a group

The future requires even more diversity within an entity, because of the speed of change.

And without diversity you cannot adapt fast enough.

On the diverse side, take for example, the opportunity where you can have each department represent or have them speak to how they see the common core values.

Have them translate it into their view to share as part of the view of the culture and celebrate it, rather than to separate those views.

So celebrate each one of the different views as it aligns with the core values.
