This video introduces the poles and zeros from the point of view of electronic circuits. The video uses bottom-up approach to define, explain and utilize the concepts of poles and zeros. First, an RC stages is analyzed. Then, a CR stage is analyzed. Then, the concept of poles and zero is generalized for an exemplary universal case. Finally, a problem is introduced for a given combination of poles and zeros to draw the corresponding Bode plots and guess the filer block.
