P&O Iona Norway cruise 18-25th May 2024

This is a short video of the cruise I went on to Norway on Iona in May 2024. We were blessed with incredible weather, hot and sunny for most of it, and the scenery was spectacular.
There were four stops on our itinerary. First was Stavanger, where the excursion/cruise I booked was cancelled at short notice so I had to content myself with a walk around the town. Next was Olden, which was, by a mile, the highlight of the cruise. I treated myself to a helicopter flight over the glacier. Haugesund came next. Here, I went on a guided tour of Avaldsnes Viking Village. I rounded it all off with a white knuckle rib ride at Kristiansand, followed by a walk around the town.
There is not much footage of the inside of the boat because I didn't really take any, instead I focussed on places and scenery, which is what I went for.
I went on this cruise on my own. I wouldn't recommend this for solo travellers, I was bored between stops and I felt it was aimed more at families and couples, for whom it would be amazing.
