Did you know that dance and movement activities can promote happiness, emotional stability, and enhanced concentration? Not to mention, they're great for physical fitness and overall well-being! 💪

Our program focuses on developing fundamental movement skills and physical literacy, with individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each participant. Plus, our Occupational Therapist ensures that the program is adapted to maximize development for those on the autism spectrum. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Through dance, we're able to address social-communication challenges and provide opportunities for interpersonal interaction. It's a fun and engaging way to promote confidence, well-being, and the completion of everyday tasks. 💫
