Villanova 1-2-2 Press Defense, in this video I breakdown the Villanova 1-2-2 Full Court Press Defense so you can use the press defense with your team as well. The Villanova 1-2-2 Press Defense has a goal of trapping the ball hander along the sideline and the half court line. Meanwhile the defenders will play conservatively so to not allow too many openings for passing or attacking players.
