House Flipper 2 - Elevated Modern Beach House - Sandbox Mode - Speed Build and Tour!

Welcome back to House Flipper 2 on PC, in this gameplay video I'll be making an Elevated Modern Beach House using Sandbox Mode and a medium sized plot in the Crayfish Coast.

I really like this build and certain aspects have given me ideas for another build I want to try and make, I know the plot is rather large considering what I put into it but I wanted to give as much open island space as possible with a 360 degree view.

I wanted to give ‪@ChaoticJelly‬ a shout out for giving me the idea for a part of this build, it's only a small suggestion but it really makes one room look awesome in my opinion, if you wanna check out her builds her link is below!
