Requirements that I provided for my US Visa B1/B2 application for a tourist

-DS 160 confirmation page
( Need to bring the print out ng confirmation letter, payment slip ng BPI, picture and appointment confirmation )
-Passport
- 1 2x2 photo (5cmx5cm)
-Appointment letter
-Receipt US$160/₱8,640.
-Current proof of income (Bank of statement, Bank Cert)
-ITR
-Birth Certificate
-Employment cert
-Existing Contracts with brands ( Freelancer )
-Marriage cert (if married)


Questions asked in my interview
1.) What's your purpose in traveling to the US ?
2.) What's your occupation ?
3.) What's your publication/ work details ?
4.) How many days are you staying in the US ?
