He went from owning a job to owning a business! Hiring and being a leader to multiple members of staff and guiding them to fulfilling careers in the industry while maintaining the high standards he has for the business. 

Being a personal trainer is a hard job as a solopreneur having to become a skilled jack of all trades in psychology, training, nutrition communication and more but as you will learn in this episode being a leader is an even bigger task one with many pitfalls and hurdles to overcome. 

In this episode we break down how to build confidence in your coaching practise from the ground up! What skills you need to coach in person and online as well as how to excel as a manager or mentor.
