Kill or Spare Regalla - All Choices & Cutscenes - Horizon Forbidden West

Should you kill or spare Regalla?

If you will kill Regalla you will receive her very rare Sharpshot Bow: Regalla’s Wrath. Which is the best purple rarity sharpshot bow, but not better than Forgefall that you can unlock in the Arena.

If you choose to spare Regalla you will receive tenakth armor for the battle ahead from Hekkaro.
And you will also get a very cool scene towards the end of the game in the base:    • Horizon Forbidden West - Aloy & Regal...  
As well as another scene where she dies to a group of specters in the last mission SINGULARITY.

So I would suggest sparing Regalla as there’s no reward except for her bow for killing her.
And as for sparing her, there’s some good scenes towards endgame.
