Well guys... 2020 had been a bad year, let's face it. We've been through so many hardships, almost to the point we were almost driven to insanity. However, here we are now, at the dawn of a new year. One that'll hopefully give us the light of hope out of the darkness we've sunken into

As for me...? Welp... I suppose it is about time I made a change to myself

For 5 years, I've gone under the name "EliteRaptor2015", in honor of my main namesake series, Elite Raptors, now retitled Elite Raptors: Crimson Claw Legend. However, I felt that was too self-connected, so I decided to create a new name for myself to make myself feel unique, and more like my own person

Ladies and gentlemen... I shall henceforth be known as...

DakotaSauron1999!

I picked it out due to wanting my 2 favorite dinosaurs to be my main mascots: Dakotaraptor steini and Saurophaganax maximus. They aren't used as often as T.rex, Spinosaurus and Velociraptor, so I figured they needed some spotlight for a change

Now, I know what some might think: "Why make something as mundane as a name change appear grandiose"? Simple, really: I hardly upload on this channel anyway, due to personal reasons, and sometimes YouTube being kind of an ass at times. So I figured I'd make this a special moment for me, and my audience

With that being said, I send my regards to wish you all a happy new year. Let 2021 hopefully improve what 2020 had left us with
