In this tutorial I show my exact automation to stay on top of marketing news and turn it into publish-ready ideas for LinkedIn and YouTube. The system runs a 6:00 a.m. trigger in n8n, pulls RSS feeds from HubSpot, Ahrefs, AdExchanger, and Adweek, filters the last 24 hours, scrapes article text, summarizes with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, and saves titles, links, summaries, and full text into Airtable for human-in-the-loop approval. Approved items are enriched via Perplexity and then drafted into platform-specific outputs with OpenAI and Gemini: LinkedIn posts and YouTube script cues. Nothing gets auto-posted; HITL ensures quality and personalization. I also demo Airtable Interfaces for fast mobile review and tagging so you can approve, route to LinkedIn or YouTube, and track content-created status without touching spreadsheets. A JSON export of the n8n workflow is linked in the comments so you can import it and plug in your own API keys and Airtable base.
