How long to heal from mold? is something that am frequently asked, so I wanted to take some time to address it in this video. I've been healing from mold illness for some time now, and am finally making some amazing strides. It took me so long to figure out how I could best regain my health, that I decided to put together my Mold toxicity 101 checklist to share with you guys what I have been doing to get back to my healthiest self.
