Vlog 11 of my world trip

In this episode, I travel to a traditional village called Lam Thuong, in the Yen Bai region, home to the ethnic minority Tay people. All the food people eat is grown in the village, it's a magical place where people live with the land and each other.

If there was one place i'd recommend in all of Vietnam, it's this place. Forget the busy cities full of pollution and noise like Ho Chi Minh, forget the tourist traps, the crass consumerism of tourist hotspots, come and live in a real village with genuine, friendly people living the good life.

I include instructions on how to travel here, because it's not easy if you're unfamiliar with the region, the bus drivers don't speak english and you can't book online.
