M/S as the chef bastes the whole bullock as it is turned continually on the spit. Men, women and children stand around and cheer. M/S as the first bit of meat is cut off and given to a little boy, he takes it over and holds it up on a stick for the crowds to see. M/S of the chef in front of the bullock. M/S of men carving slices off the roast. M/S as people queue up to get sandwiches filled with the meat.
