INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CAKE

220 gm all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bakimg soda
60 gm cocoa powder(preferably dutch process cocoa
2 eggs
150 gm castor sugar
120 gm brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
120 ml vegetable oil
240 ml whole milk
3/4 cup coffee

FOR THE GANACHE

250 gm dark compound chocolate
350 gm heavy cream
