Zentner (Sichuan) Technology Factory Tour 2024 - Suining China (faytech Case & Metal Production)

After the release of the Suining factory tour video a few weeks ago, we are back with another tour video! Join Arne Weber and Afei Chen as they give us a comprehensive tour at Zentner (Sichuan) Technology, a touchscreen case & metal production factory, which is a joint venture of faytech and Zentner in Germany. This factory is located just 30 meters from the faytech electronics assembly factory in Suining, China.

With ‪@charbax‬ behind the camera, Afei Chen, the factory manager, together with Arne, explains the manufacturing processes and machines used. First off, the laser cutting machine is introduced, which precisely cut aluminum and stainless-steel sheets for PC cases, followed by the bending machine, which play a pivotal role in shaping the cases after laser cutting. Throughout the video various other machines, such as CNC-, stamping-, riveting-, welding- and polishing machines are explained.

During the tour Arne and Afei explain the strategic positioning of this factory, as well as advantages of the meticulous attention to detail in protecting surfaces for better grounding and electric connections. Additionally, the topic of environmental sustainability is covered as we happily reuse 100% of our powder coating.
