My heart goes out to all the people who lost their lives and near and dear ones in the natural calamity of Wayanad. However, it may not be the best time to visit Wayanad at present considering most places of tourist attractions are closed now, but as I had my trip planned almost 3 months prior to the natural calamity, there was a lot of monetary involvement, and hence I was unable to cancel my plan and hence went ahead with it, my only intention while creating this video was the fact that Wayanad as a district is heavily dependent upon tourists for their livelihood and wellbeing, my wish is that the beautiful district of Wayanad get backs to normal soon. All people working in and around hotels, cars and travels, homestays and restaurants in that area gets a chance to earn their livelihood back again.

In this video, I will share my experience of travelling from Kozhikode to Wayanad by car and our experience of staying in the beautiful Contour island resort and spa in Padinjarathar Wayanad.
I will also share my experience visiting Kumarakom via Cheerthala and our overall beautiful journey from Kozhikode to Trivandrum Central Janashatabdi Express.
I will also show you glimpses of our Kumarakom stay in 'Abad Whispering palms'.
