Faux Carbon Fiber How To! (4th Gen Camaro Part 3 of 4)

Part 3 of 4. After painting the entire car everything was sanded for re-clear. I then painted on faux carbon fiber stripes using a custom mix of paint and cabinet liner for a stencil. Now its time to cut, buff and reassemble. Look forward to the completely finished car in Part 4.

Materials used....

VC5700 Clearcoat / VH7795 Hardner / MR188 reducer

Cabinet Liner "Easy Liner Supreme Grip" available at Lowes Home Improvement or other hardware stores. Make sure it has the square pattern.

VWM500 Custom Midcoat / MR188 reducer

DBC9700 Black basecoat / MR188 reducer

Carbon color used is DBC basecoat formula below.
