The SmartPin ThermoLaminator is ideal for a high production automated environment. The system is easy to use and requires very little maintenance. The press cycle is as follows:
1) Layup of parts onto tray with pins in upright position
2) Scanning of parts prior to setting of pins
3) Pin setting - dropping pins that are not in contact with the parts
4) Pulling of vinyl over finished bed
5) Loading of press
6) Processing parts through the press cycle
7) Unloading of press
8) Turn over device removes parts from tray
9) Tray returns for new cycle
All of this is done with two rotating trays, at a sequence of up to 30 cycles per hour (results vary based on part configurations, and ambient conditions).
