How to Classify Soil using Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) | Examples of Different Soils

This video explains how to classify four different soils using the Unified Soil Classification System (USCS). There are four soils to be classified in this video. Soil 1 0:01:41 Soil 2 0:03:50 Soil 3 0:05:55 Soil 4: 0:08:33. First two soils (Soil 1 and Soil 2) are coarse-grained soils and also non-plastic. We will classify them based on their gradation, which means that we will need to determine the coefficient of curvature and coefficient of uniformity.
