Louder Than The Rocks was inspired by Luke 19:37-40. In Luke 19, during what is commonly referred to as the “Triumphal Entry”, Jesus is riding into Jerusalem while “the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices”. At this, some of the Pharisees in the crowd asked Jesus to rebuke his disciples. Jesus responds in verse 40. ““I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the very stones will cry out.””
