Lymphatic drainage, or lymphatic massage of the face, is an important part of reducing swelling and lymphedema and anti-aging. Head, Neck and Face lymphatic massage is an essential piece of management and reduction of swelling and improving lymphatic flow. Follow along for a FULL manual lymphatic drainage (lymphatic drainage massage) routine for head, neck, and the face. I describe the techniques and sequence I use to decrease lymphedema and also address fibrosis.
