Eifel Rallye Festival 2024 - SS2: Hochkelberg 2 - all cars (raw footage) - show and mistakes!

The 2nd stage of Friday, a 2nd pass on SS Hochkelberg.

Every car does 3 rounds (and is allowed to do more if wanted - so did the Rothmans Escorts from Rallyteam Stacey from the Netherlands, they wanted to go by in sync but had difficulties in between the other competitors, so they did 2 more laps :-) )

There was big show again of course, few mistakes but a lot of rubber left on the road!

Hot moment: there almost was a roll again, luckily the car stayed on the road: in his final pass, see at 27:32, Bruno Iamello (12, Lancia Delta S4) oversteered in the final corner and almost ended up in the grass. Luckily he kept the car on the road, unlike the Belgacom Escort WRC on the previous stage we can imagine this one would have had serious body damage and we don't want to see that, this car is truly amazing! Seems like it does not have the restrictor that is mandatory nowadays to compete in real rallies nowadays with group B monsters, unlike most others unfortunately.

Tomorrow we are visiting a location on SS Mantaloch, and then go to the Lehwald arena again.
