Ingredientes

2kg (4.4 bs) chicken wings & drumbsticks
4 tsp baking powder
150g (1/2 cup) blue cheese (I use Gorgonzola)
125ml sour cream
1 small garlic clove
1 spring onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
60g (1/4 cup) mayonaise
Milk
4 celery stalks
1 lime
60g (2 oz) unsalted butter
1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 bottle Frank's hot sauce (148ml)
2 tsp white sesame seeds
Salt & pepper
Olive oil spray
