In today's video we are going to be trying 5 fall drink recipes, all with pumpkin! The other day I stepped outside into what truly felt like a fall day, our first of the season. The air was crisper, the breeze cooler, and the smell of fall was swirling in the air. This made me excited for autumn and put me in the mood for fall flavors. I thought it would be fun to try out some fall drink recipes, all with pumpkin in them! Of course, instead of just going to my kitchen and throwing a few ingredients together, I decided to decorate the table, light some candles, use my wooden utensils, and add just a touch of whimsy to something ordinary.

RECIPES:

PUMPKIN HOT CHOCOLATE:🍫☕
-1/2 Cup Oat Milk
-2 tbsp. cool whip (could also use whipped cream)
-few pieces of a milk chocolate bar (can add more or less to taste, could also use dark chocolate)
-1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
-1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
-1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-1 tsp. maple syrup

Pumpkin Whip Cream Topping:
-cool whip
-pumpkin puree
-ground cinnamon
-ground nutmeg
-maple syrup
-oat milk (to thin out as needed)
Whisk together by hand or use handheld frother

Combine all hot chocolate ingredients in a saucepan and melt over med/low heat. Top with pumpkin whipped cream and pinch of cinnamon.

-6-8oz Cold Brew Coffee
-ice cubes (I made coffee ice cubes)

Pumpkin Cream:
-1 1/2 tbsp. half/half or creamer of choice
-1 tbsp. milk (I used extra creamy oat milk)
-1 tbsp. vanilla (I used vanilla bean paste)
-1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-pinch of ground nutmeg
-maple syrup (sweeten to taste)

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE:☕

-1 cup milk
-1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-1 tbsp. sugar
-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
-coffee

Whipped Topping:
-cool whip
-milk
-pumpkin puree
-pumpkin pie spice
-vanilla paste

PUMPKIN PIE MILKSHAKE:🍨

PUMPKIN CHAI TEA: ☕
-1 cup of milk
-2 chai tea bags (or black tea bags with ground ginger, cloves, & cinnamon)
-3 tbsp. maple syrup
-1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-vanilla paste

Top with whip cream and dusting of cinnamon
