its pretty common knowledge that dating culture is pretty toxic right now. icks, red flags, cheating, situationships, casual hookups, and toxic behaviors are making it really difficult to find a high quality partner, and social media is only further amplifying it. so what becomes of those that actually want a healthy relationship? those that are looking for something more meaningful and fulfilling, not some casual hookup or emotional plug? what if you just want to love and be loved in a healthy way? is it even possible to find such a relationship? this is a video essay to help me better conceptualize my thoughts on finding love as a hopeless romantic in this modern dating culture. hopefully you find some sort of insight from it.
