There are a total of 6 Urns to find in the Exile's Accord area of Kepler for the "Urn Collection: Exile's Accord" triumph, which reads "Collect all Urns from Unknown Space in the Exile's Accord Region". These are broken down into 3 in Curtilage Divide, and 3 in the Augur's Bethel.

The Urns are secret collectibles that you can find on Kepler. They have a puzzle that you need to solve to reach them. You can tell if an Urn collectible is nearby as it will say there is a mystery near on your screen. Each Urn will give you a Fated Cipher and destination materials.
