📝Ingredients:
2-3 • Alphonso Mangoes
1 cup • Whipped Cream
Puff Pastry sheet


Steps~
On a butter paper, place puff pastry sheet, using a round cutter(8cm), cut the sheet in circular shape
Again, use a small circle cutter(6cm) to create circular shapes, ensuring that they are concentric circles
Cutting smaller circles inside the larger one makes it easier to fill cream in the centre
Fork the small circle & brush with melted butter (optional)
Bake for 10-12min at 185 degrees
For easy mango cream filling, scoop 1 mango and blend into smooth purée.
To this purée, add whipped cream and mix everything together. Transfer the filling into a piping bag.
Now take the crispy puffs, using a spoon to press down the center circle of the puffs
Fill it with mango cream.
Lastly, arrange small mango scooped balls atop the cream puffs to resemble flowers
