Scan jammer effect appears not to stack, otherwise I would expect that 4 x 50% would be 200% chance to block cargo scans. With over 15 items totaling 61 mass against the ~2000 mass shielded capacity the result, even after selling some and reducing the total mass to be shielded, was 90% chance to evade detection.

As for smuggling RP and gameplay, that played out fairly quickly for me. I think just sell where you don't get scanned if you need to sell for the credits. For the fun the jammers IMO should stack and you should be able to sell those items as fast as you can gather them. The vendors never have enough credits, unless you spend a lot of credits with them and then it is a way of recovering some of what you spend. The best place to sell this stuff is the Pirate Key of course, there are multiple vendors there with credits that will buy these items. Add in Red mile and Wolf and you can move a reasonable amount without need to avoid being scanned. Really though I just equip my ship with some shielded cargo and jammer just to feel the ship is full featured, pretty much don't mess with any of that cargo other than to pick it up and store it at an outpost basically for no reason other than accumulation of things that are thought to have value.
