Easy ETS Employee Rider App: Complete Guide to Seamless Employee Transport Management - Roster Change

Hi, Welcome to second walkthrough video session of Easy ETS Rider employee app.
In this video, we will show you how to submit roster change request using employee app.

If you need to change your roster shift timing, you have several options, Please only do this, when your company has asked you to do your self.

Here you can
Change only login time.
Change both login and logout time.
Mark time slot as "Not required" if you do not need cab for that pickup or drop. Combination is possible with “Not required”

For example, if you do not need cab in morning pickup but require one for evening logout, you can submit change accordingly.

If you are on leave, you can inform Travel Desk team through this app.
Select leave dates, like from 18th to 20th or from 24th to 28th or any date range in one go.

Submit your request by clicking on Update Roster button, Your request will be sent automatically to your approval authorities or Travel Desk team for approval.
Upon approval; system will mark these dates as leave, indicating you do not require cab on these days.

Similarly, you can set your login and logout time details, also match combinations for "login" and "logout" time.

If you are not having leave on Sunday or Saturday or different day is your leave date, then choose date accordingly by clicking on these check boxes and when you update roster, app will be able to provide you information that detail has been submitted for approval.

Upon approval you will get notification as well as car rental vendor get notification automatically.
