Check out 1995 born Luke Nelson coming up huge down the stretch for the Reading Rockets in their semi-final match up against Essex Leopards at the England Basketball National Final Four.

With just over 6 minutes left in the game, and Reading down, Nelson had been struggling. Essex had held him to just 6 points and to make matters worse he felt cramp coming on. Checking out of the game he went over behind the bleachers to re-hydrate and re-focus - before coming back in with 5 and a half minutes to play and taking over.

He instantly hit back to back threes (the second one was ridiculous) to bring Reading within 1 and ended up finishing with 13 points over the last 5 and a half minutes of regulation and overtime.
