Recently, I bought Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen5 (21G2S04L00) especially because of Intel Arc Graphics.
When I received the laptop, I noticed that "Intel Arc Graphics" tag was missing.
So, I opened the Device Manager and I checked the Display Adapter but it shown "Intel Graphics".
I informed the Lenovo Support about this and requested to schedule a return.
Lenovo's Customer Support Executive(LCSE) contacted me and he installed the drivers.
After restarts, he checked the Display Adapter again and it was still "Intel Graphics".
He tried hard to convenience me that "Intel Graphics" and "Intel Arc Graphics" are the same.
I denied each time and told him that "Intel Graphics" and "Intel Arc Graphics" are different thing.
I requested him to please schedule the return.
Instead of helping, he asked me to prove that the "Intel Graphics" and "Intel Arc Graphics" are different.

I visited a Lenovo Showroom and I saw a Lenovo Slim 5 laptop which has Intel Arc Graphics tag on the body and it shows "Intel Arc Graphics" in the display adapters of the device manager.
I had to make video of this to prove that Lenovo provides "Intel Arc Graphics" and "Intel Graphics" & "Intel Arc Graphics" are not same.

Product specification of Thinkpad P14s Gen5(21G2S04L00) has "Integrated Intel Arc Graphics" mentioned but the laptop (I received) does not have "Intel Arc Graphics".

I request Lenovo to please schedule a return.
