Today, I took you to a truly magical place: The ancient forests surrounding the world-famous Sumela Monastery in Trabzon. 🏞️

Right by the ice-cold stream flowing through the valley, I set up my camp kitchen to cook a hearty meal. On the menu today is a delicious Chicken Sauté, accompanied by traditional Vegetable Rice Pilaf and a fresh seasonal salad.
