Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with exercise, seeing your health care provider and decluttering your surroundings can help prevent falls. I am a native North Carolina girl. My interest has always been in medicine, which led me to attend nursing and medical school. I live a life seeking experiences that expand my self-awareness without being self-centered. In the last 8-9 years, I have been exploring my creative side, having done local theater and film extra work. I am appreciative of this opportunity to combine medicine and creativity.
