BEST Sandblast Nozzle? XL Nozzle, Long Venturi, Double Venturi or Fan Nozzle

We often are asked…What is the best Sandblast Nozzle to use? That answer really depends on your job and its requirements.
How big is your compressor?
Do you have a flat piece or a very intricate job?
Do you need to blast fast?
Is comfortability important?
These questions and many more will help decide what nozzle is best for your job. Personally, I would select the XL Nozzle almost every time. It allows me to stand further away from the part and I am much more comfortable in that position. If I needed to blast a flat surface for light cleaning, maybe I would use the fan nozzle.
We hooked up the Farrow Flow for these tests, because the Farrow Flow make EVERY NOZZLE FASTER!
