This blog is about a traditional ritual which is followed in Himachali tradition called Batt ka Mokh, in Hindi we can say Rasta Poojan. Every married himachali married couple need to follow this ritual and complete it as soon as possible because without this ritual you cannot perform any big Pooja, Ritual or any function in your life time that is why this is very important ritual to perform in very beginning. For this ritual we need to worship the Rasta everyday by doing Pooja and Choka on daily basis for 365 days in a year and once it complete then Mokh or you can say udyapan need to be perform. So the day when batt Pujan udyapan happens we need to have a Havan and Rasta Pujan followed by Dham("Dham" is a traditional festive meal that is popular in the Kangra region of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is served on special occasions, festivals, and during weddings or religious ceremonies. Dham is a vegetarian meal prepared by the Brahmin community, known as "Botis," who are skilled in the art of cooking this elaborate spread)
