Synopsis:
The Anker SOLIX line has really impressed us at EPro for their clean aesthetic, reliable software, and top-of-class power output and capacity, and the C1000 is no different:
- 1800W output with 2400W surge: Top-of-class
- Less than 1 hr 0-100% Charge time: Top-of-class
- 600W Solar input: Top-of-class
- 6 AC ports: Top-of-class
- 100W USB-C Charging: Top-of-class

While we often go with a 2000Wh portable battery for all-day project work, the C1000 is the perfect fit for 1- or 2-man service work, allowing for easier mobility on the job without sacrificing output power, then recharging in the van between job sites.

We’ve got nothing negative to say about this one as electricians: The app connects and works seamlessly, the form factor is great for carrying with one hand and keeping tools and parts off the ground, and we weren’t able to overload it through a full day of service work. The only possible negative we could imagine van-lifers or others possibly feeling would be the lack of DC outputs, but otherwise this is our king of the 1000Wh portable battery landscape.
