IRIS OverWatch is an AI-powered traffic surveillance project that can detect vehicles, track them in real-time, and recognize license plates automatically. Built using YOLOv8, DeepSORT, and EasyOCR, this system shows how artificial intelligence can transform traffic monitoring, security, and smart city management.

I’m a 14-year-old student passionate about AI and computer vision. This project was built and tested locally on a GTX 1650 GPU, and I’m excited to share it with the world.
