A fraction of the money could have been spent improving Sheffield city centre without destroying the small businesses that no longer exist there. Now they have made Sheffield totally inaccessible to cars and business vehicles.

They destroyed the High st area building a poor supertram, then closed down The Moor for 10 years before getting the investment money to complete. Each redevelopment destroys business.

If only the council focused on the work they should be doing. How about maintenance of their council housing stock.
