You should take time to build up your farm when you first purchase your land.

So you can get 3 or 5 years from your local planning department to show that your farm or any other business is profitable.

If you do what I tell you in the video then your time is spent building up your business and not erecting fencing, installing utilities, and other things you will need to do before you even start your farm business itself.

Meaning you can get to making a profit faster if the farm is ready to go or at least 90% there...!
