These exercises will help you safely deepen your practice & get into advances asanas such as arm balances and inversions.

In a perfect world, total physical and energetic balanced is cultivated from the Yoga practice. However, due to the fast-paced lifestyle of many modern practitioners, postures are moved in-and-out of with little thought or proper alignment.
The repetitive nature of certain sequences and movements can also create imbalances in the body.
These three exercises target areas of the body that are often "missed" and that are crucial for safe alignment.

Jeannie (RYT-200) adopted a daily Yoga practice in 2017 with the intention of cultivating mindfulness in her workout routine. From the very beginning, she knew she wanted to share and teach this life-changing practice. She underwent Yoga teacher training in 2020 with Edge Yoga School in Naperville, IL. In 2021, while nursing a Yoga-related injury, Jeannie discovered her teacher, Adrienne Rabena, and became a licensed Barre Eclipse Instructor. Jeannie is passionate about sharing these low-impact, fun, and fiery workouts with fellow Yogis so they too can strengthen in ways that supports the Yoga practice and prevents injury.
Her classes are a unique balance between strength, flow, and softness.
She provides important anatomical instruction, with ample spaciousness for the student to explore the movements on their own. Jeannie aims to help create holistic strength, length, and mindfulness in movement.
She teaches both in-person and online, and has several self-paced Yoga courses to deepen the understanding of asana and the body.
