This is a demonstration of the firing interval of a 100º V10 with the crankshaft phased to create a perfect fifth between the "outer 4" cylinders 1,5 (firing at 360º intervals on each bank) and "inner 6" cylinders (firing at 240º intervals on each bank)

The firing order of this theoretical engine is 1 8 6 4 9 5 2 10 7 3, but it was supposed to be 1 9 6 3 8 5 2 10 7 4, (which would sound exactly the same) for symmetry, not sure how I missed that but i'm not making the video again.

Firing intervals are 0º, 40º, 100º, 180º, 280º, 360º, 420º, 460º, 520º, 660º for either firing order.

This crank configuration should have a smaller rocking moment than an even fire V10 engine, but second order shaking would probably be bigger/worse.

This is based on the "perfect fifth" I5 engine experiments, there is no reason a real engine would need to have a 100 degree bank angle, this angle fit with the existing intervals for the I5 engine, 90 degrees would make more sense from a production and packaging perspective.
