180° Shutter Angle Rule, myth or fact? | What’s the ideal shuttle speed for slow-mo?

Today we’re going to talk about one of the rules of filmmaking, which is the 180-degree shutter rule. This is rule has existed a long time ago when old film camera shoots only 24fps,25fps, and 30fps. However, in this modern age, the digital camera allows us to film more than that. My question for this video is, are we getting the same amount of motion blur if we only change the frame rate, while keeping the shutter speed constant. Secondly, which frame rate should we use when we are filming slow-mo such as 60fps or 120fps? Lastly, Does it really matter in a real-world project?
