Mixed feelings rise as Ala Moana Pedestrian Bridge construction continues

“When you drive past the structure right now, you see, the two abutment sides are up, the center piers are up,” said Ed Sniffen, Department of Transportation Director. “There’s wooden boxes lining the bridge itself, those box structures right now, those are the concrete forms.”
