"I thought it was absolutely beautiful. I thought it was like understated modern elegance, and I thought for him definitely the most commercial show I've seen him do. It seemed he took a big growing-step this time. Before, things were quite hard, quite hard to wear in a kind of space - it had a spaceman feeling. But this time he took those same kind of elements but toned them down so it was really almost like an elegant grecian."

STORYLINE
IT'S ALL GREEK FOR MARIO SCHWAB
Described as "jewellery for the body" Mario Schwab's Spring/Summer collection took its inspiration from the ancient greek.
Showing at London Fashion Week the designer claims to have taken the traditional khiton as a starting point, the draped fabric complete with rope or metal fastenings.
Metal straps, knots and ropes all worked their way onto the catwalk as the cloth, often in earthy brown tones, wrapped around the body.
Jewellery was most noticeable in the silver dresses, where metallic tubes snaked around the models strutting their stuff.
Never mind the clothes - Hillary Alexander, the Fashion Director for the Telegraph says Schwab should be applauded for showing some get up and go:

Brix Smith-Start, owner of Start-London Boutique, agrees that the London based designer is making swift progress and wise style choices:
