Based on a 1985 arcade game by Atari Games. Because of its enormous success as an arcade game it was ported to pretty much everything including DOS, Apple II, Atari 8-bit, MSX, NES, Atari Lynx, Apple IIGS, Sega Master System, Mega Drive/Genesis, Atari ST, Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum. Its most recent revival has been in the Midway Arcade Treasures compilation which is available for Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox and Windows. There is also a cell phone version available. The followup Gauntlet II is also available for download in PS3's PlayStation Store service.

Iconical game of the 80's with toned down difficulty from the original arcade machine giving hours of fun gameplay, specially with two players!
