This is my tutorial / overview for Streamlabs OBS settings and my experiences messing around with different ones.

**One thing I forgot to mention is that even though your internet uploads are capable of outputing a bitrate of 5000-6000. If you are not getting transcoding from twitch, you may alienate some of your viewers with bad connections that are unable to watch without buffering.

My brain was a bit slow to tick over at a few points, this was my first tutorial video ever so I hope someone benefits from this.
